JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, the largest employer and backbone enterprise in the Republic of Kazakhstan, officially expressed support for the new version of the country’s Constitution. The company emphasized that the updated Basic Law reflects the transition to a human-centered model of government, in which the rights, freedoms, and dignity of citizens are enshrined as the highest values and a strategic guideline for development.
KTZ noted that the principles of justice, responsibility, and social solidarity enshrined in the Constitution are fully consistent with the company’s mission and its long-term corporate strategy. As a socially responsible organization providing employment to over 110,000 people, the national carrier views the creation of decent working conditions, social protection for its personnel, and the development of a culture of mutual respect as key priorities.
The company expressed its commitment to building a “Fair Kazakhstan” and its intention to continue contributing to the country’s socioeconomic development. KTZ emphasized that its activities will continue to be guided by constitutional principles, sustainable values, and responsibility to society and the state.
