Hupac is expanding transport services between Antwerp and Busto Arsizio via France.

Swiss combined transport operator Hupac continues to strengthen the trans-Alpine transport corridor via Switzerland by expanding its service network between Antwerp and Busto Arsizio. This week, the company launched two additional weekly round-trip services between the Antwerp HTA and Busto Arsizio-Gallarate terminals, routing them through France. This move aims to increase capacity and enhance logistics chain flexibility on one of Europe’s key transport routes.

With the addition of these new services, the frequency of transport between Antwerp HTA and Busto Arsizio via France has risen to four round trips per week. In total, Hupac now offers the market 20 weekly round-trip departures on this route. Of these, six operate between the Antwerp Combinant terminal and Busto Arsizio via Germany, while another 14 depart from Antwerp HTA – ten via Germany and four via France.

The company notes that strengthening the French route represents a significant step in the development of Hupac’s network and the broader European combined transport system. Expanding alternative corridors enhances transport resilience, optimizes routing, and offers customers a wider range of options for shipping freight between Northern and Southern Europe.
