System Alliance Europe reported record results for 2025.

The European logistics alliance System Alliance Europe (SAE) has reported its results for the 2025 fiscal year, marking the most successful period in the organization’s history since its inception. According to SAE Chairman Tassilo Schneider, shipment volumes continued to grow steadily: the number of deliveries rose by 16.7% compared to 2024, climbing from 3.0 million to 3.5 million. Meanwhile, the total volume of transported cargo increased by 10%, reaching 1.1 million tonnes, up from 1.0 million tonnes the previous year.

The company notes that an improvement in the economic climate across several European countries was a key driver of this growth. Demand for freight transport was highest in Denmark, Portugal, and Spain, directly contributing to increased shipment volumes. Conversely, in Germany, the persistent weakness of the industrial sector is negatively impacting the logistics market. Tassilo Schneider observes that the most dynamic growth is currently taking place in other European countries.

System Alliance Europe positions itself as Europe’s largest network for groupage freight transport. The alliance comprises 54 logistics companies operating through 170 branches across 33 countries. All members adhere to unified quality and safety standards and utilize a shared, centralized IT and data platform to coordinate shipments.
