BCT Aviation Maintenance expands its portfolio of contracts in EMA.

BCT Aviation Maintenance has secured two new line maintenance agreements at East Midlands Airport (EMA), which is seeing an increase in cargo traffic.

China Central Airlines, which operates a twice-weekly Boeing 777F service for YunExpress, has entrusted BCT with its maintenance. Ethiopian Cargo and Logistics Services has also been appointed to support its B777F cargo programme between the UK and China at EMA.

Both airlines plan to expand their presence at EMA, strengthening its role as an international cargo hub. BCT is headquartered at EMA, with bases at five airports in the UK and Ireland. Technical Director Chris Taylor said the company’s proactive approach ensures reliable and safe operations.
