KTZ Express and AS SilSteve are strengthening their cooperation in the field of multimodal transport.

During the Kazakh-Estonian Business Forum, attended by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Estonian President Alar Karis, KTZ Express signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Estonian logistics company AS SilSteve. The document was signed on behalf of the Kazakh side by Zhaksybek K.M., Deputy General Director for Operations.

The agreement provides for the development of multimodal transportation between Kazakhstan and Estonia using the Port of Sillamäe and SilSteve’s terminal on the Baltic Sea. The companies intend to collaborate to improve the efficiency of transport chains, create competitive pricing solutions, and enhance the quality of integrated logistics services.

The signing of the memorandum is part of the expansion of bilateral economic cooperation: during the business forum, companies from the two countries concluded 11 agreements worth over $517 million. The partnership with AS SilSteve opens new opportunities for KTZ Express to develop international routes and optimize logistics processes.
