Construction of the T3 terminal in Gdansk, one of the largest hydrotechnical projects in the region, has officially been completed. Work commenced in September 2022 after all permits were obtained, and was carried out by Budimex and DEME under the supervision of Haskoning. The project involved over 400 specialists, and the total volume of work performed exceeded 3.2 million man-hours. The artificial island was created using 4.37 million cubic meters of sand, 160,000 cubic meters of concrete, and 17,500 tons of steel—a figure comparable to global engineering megaprojects.

GEODIS is significantly expanding its capacity in Poland thanks to new lease agreements with Segro, strengthening its support for customers across Europe. The company has acquired nearly 5,500 square meters at Segro Logistics Park Wrocław, Biskupice, to serve a major European food manufacturer, as well as nearly 4,000 square meters at Segro Logistics Park Stryków in central Poland. These new facilities, with convenient motorway access, are becoming key hubs for national and international logistics, accelerating transit between Western, Central, and Eastern Europe.

Polish rail infrastructure manager, PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe (PKP PLK), and the Port of Gdańsk Authority have signed a cooperation agreement to begin work on expanding rail and road access to the deepwater terminals located on the port island in Gdańsk’s Northern Port.

Infrastructure company LTG Infra (LTG Group) has extended its agreement with Polish infrastructure manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. to provide assistance in the event of accidents on the European 1435 mm gauge railway. The agreement provides for the prompt deployment of Polish equipment and specialists to support Lithuania, enhancing infrastructure reliability and trust between the countries. According to LTG Group CEO Egidijus Lazauskas, the cooperation ensures the continuity of the strategically important railway connection and strengthens the joint preparedness of both parties.
