АМПУ и Организация Балтийских портов начинают стратегическое сотрудничество.

Администрация морских портов Украины (АМПУ) и Балтийская организация портов (БОП) подписали меморандум о стратегическом партнерстве, направленный на развитие сотрудничества, обмен опытом и реализацию совместных инициатив в портовой отрасли. Документ подписали представитель АМПУ Виталий Вайдич и генеральный секретарь БОП Богдан Олдаковский в ходе Конференции Балтийских портов в Гданьске.

ASCO увеличила объем грузоперевозок на 101 тп3т в январе–сентябре 2025 года.

Компания ASCO, дочерняя компания холдинга AZCON, перевезла 7 миллионов тонн грузов за первые девять месяцев 2025 года, что на 101 тонну больше, чем за аналогичный период прошлого года. Росту способствовала активная работа танкерного и балкерного флота компании.

Poland is investing over €57 million in infrastructure development on the border with Ukraine.

The Polish government will allocate over €57.7 million to develop road and rail infrastructure in the border regions with Ukraine. The funds are being allocated under the Interreg NEXT Poland-Ukraine 2021-2027 program, according to the Polish Ministry of Foundations and Regional Policy. Of this, €52.5 million is earmarked for improving transport links, and another €5.1 million will support small economic projects.

DP World will build a modern multimodal logistics terminal near Tashkent.

International logistics operator DP World has signed an agreement with Tashkent Invest, a subsidiary of the Tashkent city administration, to establish a joint venture, DP World Tashkent LLC. The new multimodal logistics terminal will be built in the Yangi Avlod special industrial zone in the Yangihayot region. The project aims to develop Uzbekistan’s transport infrastructure and strengthen its status as a key logistics hub in Central Asia.

FESCO doubled the volume of transportation through Kazakhstan in one year.

Since the beginning of 2025, FESCO Transportation Group has transported over 23,000 TEUs through the Dostyk and Altynkol border crossings, double the volume for the same period last year. Rail freight from China to Russia via Kazakhstan is carried out jointly with Chinese platform and agency companies, with cargo dispatched from cities such as Xi’an, Chongqing, Hefei, Tongshan, Zengcheng, Guangzhou, and Chengdu.

Maersk and CATL signed a strategic agreement to decarbonize global supply chains.

A.P. Moller – Maersk, an integrated logistics company, and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), a Chinese energy technology company, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly advance the decarbonization of global supply chains and strengthen CATL’s global logistics. The signing ceremony took place on October 9 in Hong Kong with the participation of executives from both companies, including Morton Bo Christiansen from Maersk and Akin Li from CATL, as well as Maersk Chairman Robert Maersk Ugla and CATL CEO Libin Tan.

Construction of a modern intermodal terminal has begun at the port of Gdynia.

Construction has begun on a modern intermodal terminal at the Port of Gdynia’s logistics center, costing 75 million zlotys (approximately $20 million), with $35 million financed by the European Union. The project includes the construction of 2.73 kilometers of railway tracks, 30,000 square meters of shunting yards, and a permanent cargo handling ramp.

Kazlogistics and BCG discussed the development of rail transit through Kazakhstan.

On October 8, a working meeting between the Kazakhstan Transport Workers’ Union “Kazlogistics” and representatives of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) was held in Astana. The main topic of discussion was the development of rail transit through Kazakhstan and the elimination of systemic constraints hindering freight traffic growth.
