Between 18 – 20 May 2026, Bucharest will host one of the most important events of the year for the transport, freight forwarding and logistics sector: the European Freight Forwarders Congress (SEEFF x FIATA REU Field Meeting 2026).
This is a “2-in-1” event, held over three days, bringing together the FIATA REU Field Meeting Conference and the Congress of Freight Forwarders and Logistics Companies from South-Eastern Europe (SEEFF). The congress is organized by the Freight Forwarders Association of Romania (USER), for the first time in Romania.
FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations) is the global representative body of freight forwarding and logistics companies, of which USER is a member.
This initiative marks the first event of such scale organized by the association and creates a European benchmark platform with broad international participation, where regional industry leaders meet FIATA’s global perspective, strengthening the role of South-Eastern Europe in the global logistics dialogue.
