Polaris Autoliners Enters New Markets with Support from TO Group.

Transport Overseas Group (TO Group) has become the commercial agent for British shipping company Polaris Autoliners, helping it expand in Europe and Oceania. The partnership will give Polaris, a ro-ro specialist, access to markets in Australia, New Zealand and Norway, using TO Group’s global network.

Three airports are being built in tourist areas in Kazakhstan.

In Kazakhstan, construction of three new airports has begun in popular resort areas – Zaysan, Katon-Karagay and Kendirli. The projects are being implemented in strategically important locations: in Zaysan, the airport is being built on the basis of the former military airfield named after Satpayev, in Katon-Karagay – between the villages of Katon-Karagay and Ulken Naryn, and in Kendirli it will appear 13 kilometers from the resort area.

SF Airlines opened its first cargo route between Ezhou and Oslo.

On January 14, 2025, SF Airlines’ first cargo aircraft took off from Ezhou Huahu Airport in China to Oslo, launching a new route between Ezhou and Oslo. The flight was SF Airlines’ first destination in Norway and the first direct route from Ezhou to the country, said Eva Beate Lande, Director of Cargo at Norwegian carrier Avinor.

Aena airports achieve record cargo volumes in 2024.

In 2024, the airports of the Aena Group handled more than 1.42 million tonnes of cargo, an 18% increase compared to the previous year. The network includes 46 airports and two heliports in Spain, London Luton Airport, and 17 Brazilian airports.
